Travel Consultant – Full time:

As a Travel Consultant at Elm Grove Travel, you will be responsible for managing various client travel arrangements, beginning with their initial request to their completed trip. This will consist of arranging all elements of business and leisure travel. Providing a memorable customer service experience is a primary function of this position. In addition, you will be expected to provide expert knowledge on many different destinations, and be able to manage in a fast paced work environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Strong GDS experience, preferably with Worldspan.
• Experience working with corporate travel clients
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
• Ability to book domestic and international travel from airline tickets to full vacation packages.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Passion for travel and the travel industry

Travel Consultant – Apprentice – Part-time:

Have you always thought you would be a great travel consultant? Do you love to travel? Do you love working in a fast paced environment?

Elm Grove Travel is looking for an individual with a strong sales background, and a passion for travel to join our team. You would spend 6 months training with our experienced staff, and then be ready to begin selling travel in one of Southeastern Wisconsin’s premier travel agencies.
